Bryan passed out with the 85th Entry in December 1959. He did three years service as an Air Radio Fitter and Instructor. He married Margaret in 1962 and soon after went to OCTU and was eventually posted to No 100 Squadron as a Navigator at RAF Wittering flying Victor 2s. He had a varied career and became OC No 206 Squadron at RAF Kinloss.
He PVRd in 1988 and started a civilian career with AC&S GmbH. He worked on a number of project for them and then returned to the UK and set up his own business working for himself on defence projects. He eventually retired to get away from airports, airline food and hotels.
